At the age of 7 years old, he was awarded the position of goalie for his Sportorama House League team, the Gorillas, until he gave up a goal. After the puck reached the back of the net, he began skating after the goal-scorer in frustration, forcing coaches and referees to corral him. His aggressive attitude ultimately forced his coaches to move him to defense, where he's been playing ever since.

Magic will return to the Shea Center for the Performing Arts at William Paterson University.
Michael Turco, a WPU graduate, will return to his college campus to enchant the audience with a rare and original twist on the art of magic. He discovered his fascination for magic at the age of 5. He spent summers at a house near Atlantic City and was taken by his parents to see a variety of shows. After falling in love with the magician acts, he decided that his dream was to be on that very same stage performing his magic.
