University Police took a report of a criminal mischief. This involved the South Tower, High Mountain East, the Student Center, and a bench near the Towers. A red logo was painted on these locations. Reports were filed and this case remains open for further investigation.

University Police responded to the North Tower on a burglary. Taken from a dorm were a Dell laptop computer, an Apple notebook, a PS2, and other items. Reports were filed and this case remains open for further investigation.

University Police responded to the North Tower on a burglary. Taken from a dorm were a Dell laptop computer, and a LCD television. Reports were filed and this case remains open for further investigation.
Thursday, November 16, 5:20 p.m.
University Police responded to Hillside Hall on a student who was a victim of domestic violence/harassment. As a result two individuals were issued summons. Reports were filed and this case is cleared.
Friday, November 17, 3:43 p.m.
University Police responded to Pioneer Hall on a fight/domestic violence. As a result one student was charged with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and simple assault. This matter was referred to the Dean's office. Reports were filed and this case is cleared.
11:48 p.m.
University Police located an individual trespassing in the area of the Towers. This person had received a Persona Non Grata letter in the past. As a result a warrant was issued and the individual was remanded to the Passaic County Jail. Reports were filed and this case is cleared.

University Police responded to Shea Auditorium on a criminal mischief. A window had been broken to a room. There are no suspects at this time. Reports were filed and this case remains open for further investigation.
