Thursday, December 7, 3:46 a.m.
University Police took a report of harassment of a student. As a result one student was arrested for violation of a temporary restraining order. Reports were filed and this case is cleared.
4:38 a.m.
University Police responded to the Science Building on an act of criminal mischief. Reports were filed and this case remains open for further investigation.
2:40 p.m.
University Police took a report of a student harassing another student at High Mountain East. No complaints were made at this time. Reports were filed and this matter has been referred to Residence Life. This case is cleared.
3:18 p.m.
University Police responded to White Hall on a theft of a trash can and an ashtray. Reports were filed and this case remains open for further investigation.
Friday, December 8, 4:38 a.m.
University Police responded to the North Tower on a defiant trespasser. Residence Life was on the scene and the matter was referred to them. Reports were filed and this case is cleared.
2:17 p.m.
University Police took a report of a theft from a dorm room at Pioneer Hall. This incident had occurred on November 17, 2006. Taken were two video games. Reports were filed and this case remains open for further investigation.

University Police took a report of a criminal mischief to a student's vehicle in parking lot five. The vehicle had been keyed. Reports were filed and this case remains open for further investigation.
