On Feb. 20 at 10:57 a.m., University Police took a report of a student's lost pioneer card. This card was subsequently used and a theft investigation was begun. Reports were filed and this case remains open.

On Feb. 20 at 11:25 a.m., University Police responded to the North Tower on reported criminal mischief. Reports were taken and this case remains open.

On Feb. 20 at 5:14 p.m., University Police responded to the Library on a theft of a student's wallet. Reports were filed and this case remains open.

On Feb. 21 at 1:12 a.m., University Police responded to the North Tower on a harassment complaint involving two students. Resident Life was on scene and no complaints were filed at this time. Reports were filed and this case is closed.

On Feb. 21 at 11:25 a.m., University Police responded to the Science Building on a theft of a student's bag. Reports were filed and this case remains open.

On Feb. 22 at 1:22 a.m., University Police responded to the North Tower on a harassment complaint involving two students. Residence Life was on scene. Reports were filed and this case remains open.

On Feb. 24 at 6:43 p.m., University Police took a report of a sexual harassment assault involving two students. This occurred in High Mountain East on Feb. 12, 2008. No complaints have been issued at this time. Reports were filed and this case is clear at the time. This matter was also referred to the Dean of Students.

On Feb. 25 at 9:25 a.m., University Police took a report at police headquarters of a student receiving harassing e-mails. Reports were filed and this case remains open.

On Feb. 25 at 4:00 p.m., University Police took a report of an unauthorized use of a pioneer card. Reports were filed and this case remains open.

On Feb. 26 at 2:15 a.m., University Police located four students in possession of suspected narcotics at High Mountain East. As a result, all four students were referred to the Dean of Students. Reports were filed and this case is closed.

On Feb. 26 at 8:30 p.m., University Police responded to the Student Center on a shoplifting complaint. Reports were filed and this case remains open.

On Feb. 27 at 1:05 a.m., University Police responded to Century Hall on the theft of a student's laptop. Reports were filed and this case remains open.

On Feb. 27 at 9:08 a.m., University Police took a report of a theft from a student's pioneer account. Reports were filed and this case remains open.

On Feb. 29 at 12:17 a.m., University Police responded to Century Hall on a student receiving harassing e-mails. Reports were filed and this case remains open.

On Feb. 29 at 10:27 p.m., University Police took a report of a burglary at Century Hall. A cellular phone was taken. Reports were filed and this case remains open.
