How was the Super bowl for you?
I have to say that the Super Bowl was the most amazing experience I have ever witnessed in person before in my entire life. It was everything I could ever imagine plus more.
How did you obtain this internship?
I landed this internship by applying for it after I read things about it through this list of possible internships. It’s a sheet that list possible Internship in the state. And the New York Giants just so happened to be on it and I went on the interview.
Best advice for a current communication majors?
The best advice I could ever give anyone who wants to pursue things in life, is to be yourself, and always follow your dreams no matter what obstacles get in your way. I’m a big believer in the motto "Its not how you start, it how you finish."
What opportunities have you gained from this work?
Working for the Giants has given me the opportunity to see how the real world works and how everyday daily tasks are taken account for. I feel that I’ve become more of a mature individual which has allowed me to prepare myself for the next steps in my life.
Was there anything you weren’t prepared for?
I really can’t say I wasn’t prepared for anything. My mind set through out the whole experience was to be ready at all times for any possible situation. I believe that having a complete mind like this, allowed me to pursue the new things that I took on and accomplished.
What are your plans for graduation?
My plans are hopefully land a full time job either with the organization or another affiliated company associated with the organization. In addition, I am planning on coming back to WPU to pursue my Masters in the communication media studies program.
What are your predictions for the Giants next season?
My prediction for the NYG 2008 season is as follows: the Giants will go 10 6 again, but this time will win the NFC east. As far as the playoffs are concerned, they will lose in the divisional round of the playoffs and wont repeat as Super Bowl champs.
