Campus Crime:

On April 22 at 4:54 p.m., University Police responded to High Mountain East on fire alarm activation. As a result one student was arrested for narcotic violations and one student received an internal referral for alcohol violations. Reports were filed and this case is cleared.

On April 22 at 11:38 p.m., University Police responded to lot 6 on an accident complaint. As a result one individual was arrested for two counts of assault on a police officer and obstructing the administration of law and narcotic violations. Reports were filed and this case is cleared.

On April 23 at 1:43 p.m., University Police responded to the library on an act of lewdness. Reports were filed and this case is open.

On April 24 at 3:31 a.m., University Police responded to lot 5 on an act of criminal mischief. Reports were filed and this case is open.

On April 24 at 5:16 a.m., University Police responded to the Towers on criminal mischief. Reports were filed and this case is open.

On April 24 at 12:09 p.m., University Police responded to 1600 Valley Road on an attempted auto theft. Reports were filed and this case is open.

On April 24 at 4:58 p.m., University Police took a report at Heritage Hall on the theft of a student's cell phone. Reports were filed and this case is open.

On April 24 at 6:51 p.m., University Police took a report of a theft of a student's wallet that occurred in Fairlawn. Reports were filed and this case is open.

On April 24 at 11:43 p.m., University Police responded to Dorms Road to assist a student. As a result one student was referred to the Dean of Students for underage drinking. Reports were filed and this case is cleared.

On April 25 at 2:21 a.m., University Police responded to the Towers to assist Residence Life. As a result one student was referred to the Dean of Students for underage drinking and harassment. Reports were filed and this case is cleared.

On April 25 at 10:03 p.m., University Police discovered four underage students and one individual in possession of alcoholic beverages outside the North Tower. As a result, they were referred to the Dean of Students. Reports were filed and this case is cleared.
